Our latest project, known as Parachute Studios, is located in Morrisville, PA. A 16,000 sq. ft. building, Parachute Studios will open in the Spring of 2022 and feature studio space geared toward creatives and small businesses.
There is a large, underserved portion of the business community: 1-4 person businesses who are too large for their home yet have no interest in a traditional office building. People who seek connections and community. Inspired in part by our experiences at Bok, we are creating these buildings and communities.
