SquallCo was retained as the design / build consultant for new beach home for a family of six in Surf City, NJ. Architectural decisions were complete prior to our involvement in the project — however, we guided the finishing design process, managed the selection and fulfillment of all finish materials from light fixtures to paint colors and cabinets, managed the construction process, and provided a single interface between the client and all vendors to make the completion of the project as easy as possible for the homeowner.
