At the very start of the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown, Bok signed a lease with an incredible art school, Studio Incamminati, for the entirety of the 7th floor - about 20,000 sq. ft. As exciting as this was, we were unable to work on the project for two months due to Covid restrictions. Once back, our team had to build out the entire floor in under three months. It was the hardest we have ever had to push to reach a milestone, by far. We are incredibly proud of this project, not just because it looks great and is home to a wonderful school, but also because it will forever be a memory of an incredible team accomplishment.
