The old boy's locker room was what you would imagine if you had a very vivid imagination of a very rough space. Complete with showers and lockers that were a bit scary, this space was also a challenge to find a tenant for because many people lacked the vision. To solve this problem, we sub-divided the space into 3 separate spaces, made the space warm and inviting rather than cold and intimidating, and Scout found three great tenants quickly.
