To better invigorate the first floor with tenant energy and vibrancy, Scout and SquallCo worked together to create four studios with storefronts in what was previously open space. The design, with which we worked with local architect Kaminski and Pew, references both Bok's history and its future. They blend it with the existing fabric of the building while also pushing it forward. We love them.
