One of our early projects was 742 Medina Street. Down a quirky and cool street, Medina was a double-wide garage for many years. Rather than turn it into a traditional row home, we chose to let the house be what it was - a loft-style home with an open floor plan on two floors, ample light, and a beautiful roof deck with a green roof and one of our favorite ever design finishes - a cedar rain screen around the pilot house.
